北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文珠海鸿凯克电子科技公司库存管理优化研究珠海鸿凯克电子科技公司库存管理优化研究摘 要由于当今社会和经济的快速发展，大多数制造业面临着市场与行业的激烈竞争，为了扩大市场的竞争优势以及稳定企业的市场地位，部分制造型企业已将注意力放在库存管理上，提升库存管理水平可以有效降低企业的库存成本并减少企业的资金占用。因此，研究企业的库存管理问题，优化库存管理方法很有必要。本文以珠海鸿凯克电子科技公司为研究对象，分析其库存管理状况，发现随着物料数量以及品类的增加，市场需求的不断变化，传统单一的库存管理方法已经不适用于该公司，仓库货物分类不明确，库存产品堆积，产品需求预测不准确等问题亟待解决。本文根据鸿凯克公司库存的实际情况，结合所学知识，运用 ABC 分类法对库存产品进行科学合理地分类，采用移动平均和指数平滑两种时间序列预测方法对公司的产品需求进行了预测对比，提出根据需求预测来调整生产次序，以降低缺货损失和成品库存，并建议引进库存管理系统，提高库存管理技术水平。关键词：库存管理；ABC 分类法；需求预测I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on inventory management optimization of Zhuhai Hongkaike Electronic Technology CompanyAbstractOwing to the rapid development of society and economy, most manufacturing industries are facing fierce competition from market and industry.
