浅谈大学生村官制度的建构【摘要】：大学生村官在基层是一个庞大的社会群体，是基层组织建设一支不容忽视的力量。总的来说，实施大学生村官制度以来，取得较好效果，大学生得到了成长锻炼，自身能力有了很大提高，也得到了农村干部和党员群众的肯定。然而，政策实施过程中，也面临着一些问题，大学生村官制度不完善，选拔无规划工作无目标，大学生村官待遇差、出路窄、作用难发挥等问题，在全国各个地方都不同程度存在，成为制约大学生村官制度持续实施的瓶颈，亟须加以解决。本文针对大学生村官制度构建的实施情况和存在问题进行探讨，对进一步完善大学生村官制度提出相应的对策建议，以期使大学生村官制度真正落实到位，推动大学生村官工作持续健康开展。 【关键词】：大学生村官 村官制度 新农村建设On the Construction of College Student Village Official System【Abstract】：College student village officials are a huge social group at the grassroots level, and they are a force that cannot be ignored in the construction of grassroots organizations.
