企业存货管理存在的问题与对策研究——以美特斯邦威为例摘 要存货是构成企业流动资产的组成部分，如果管理不当将容易导致资金周转困难，增加经营风险，不利于企业的生存和发展，因此，企业在经营管理过程中不能忽视对存货进行高效的管理。然而，在当前升级换代频繁的激烈竞争市场环境中，仍然有大部分企业没有意识到对存货进行有效地管理与企业的繁荣发展密切相关。与此同时，缺乏存货管理相关理论的实践应用，加上企业的内部控制不完善，进一步阻碍了企业的发展。在此背景下，本文通过文献研究法和案例分析法，对美特斯邦威存货管理的现状进行分析，经过深入的探究，发现当前企业在存货方面存在存货采购计划不够科学合理、成本核算不准确、缺乏专业管理人才、存货积压严重造成周转率较低的问题，并且根据企业的实际情况结合存货管理的相关理论，提出企业应该建立科学合理的采购机制、完善成本会计核算、管理人才队伍的建设，还有完善储存管理与盘查制度的相应对策。企业通过对存货加强管理，增强存货管理水平，从而提升核心竞争力，降低经营风险，促进企业长久稳定发展。关键词：美特斯邦威；存货管理；问题；对策PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT2Research on the Problems and Countermeasures ofEnterprise Inventory Managemen—Acasestudy of MetersBonweAbstract Inventory is an integral part of an enterprise’s current assets.
