中小型物流企业信息化改造问题研究——以 B 物流企业为例摘要：信息技术在我国国民经济不断发展及信息化进程加快的现在，对推动企业发展的作用越来越重要。目前信息化已成为现代物流的重要发展趋势，信息技术在物流领域的应用已深化到战略层面，成为各国衡量物流发展水平的重要指标。我国物流产业的信息化起步较晚，总体水平也比较低，其中中小型物流企业的信息化已是我国物流业信息化发展的首要瓶颈。本文以一家典型的中型物流企业——B 物流公司为例，就中小型物流企业信息化改造进行了研究。 在本篇论文中，笔者从我国国内中小型物流企业信息化的现状出发，指出我国中小型物流企业信息化存在问题，比如信息化基础比较薄弱、信息化投入比较少、信息系统不晚上以及信息化管理人才缺失和思路混乱。笔者更以 B 物流企业信息化升级改造方案分析了 B 物流企业信息化改造中的组织与业务流程重构，并依据其各个阶段的实施过程的出其实施效果，从这里以小见大，提出了对我国中小型物流企业信息化改造的建议，如寻求政府的金融支持、加强物流企业的信息标准化、加快物流信息技术人才的培养与引进、加强物流信息化系统改造和创建物流企业技术环境。笔者希望本篇论文可以对国内中小型物流企业的信息化提供一些借鉴意义。关键词：物流企业；信息化；问题 Small and Medium Logistics Enterprise Information Reconstruction——A Case B Logistics EnterprisesABSTRACT：Information technology in the continuous development of our national economy and information technology to speed up the process now, to promote enterprise development role more important.
