物流配送中心选址研究——以德邦物流为例

摘 要配送中心是物流网络中的重要固定节点，特别是在现代物流体系中，配送中心的选址与规划直接影响到有效客户响应，及商品的流通速度和物流总成本的控制。本文选择配送中心的选址与规划作为探讨对象，首先介绍了配送中心的定义、类型、功能和作用，接着简单分析了影响配送中心选址的因素以及德邦物流配送中心规划流程与应遵循的原则，最后对德邦物流配送中心选址的模型进行了深入的探索。配送中心运营的好坏将直接影响着到物流系统的效率，有效整合配送能力，从而满足顾客的要求，提高企业的管理水平，增强市场竞争能力，为我国配送中心的建设提供一些有价值的参考。关 键 词 ：配送中心；德邦物流；选址模型AbstractThe distribution center is an important fixed node in the logistics network. Especially in the modern logistics system, the location and planning of the distribution center directly affects the effective customer response, and the control of the circulation speed of goods and the total cost of logistics. This paper selects the location and planning of the distribution center as the object of discussion. Firstly, it introduces the definition, type, function and function of the distribution center. Then it briefly analyzes the factors affecting the location of the distribution center and the planning process of Debon Logistics Distribution Center and the following.
