微波辅助提取刺五加皮中的总黄酮 摘 要本文对微波辐射提取刺五加皮中的黄酮类化合物进行了研究。利用紫外-可见分光光度标准曲线法测定所提取黄酮类化合物的含量,研究了提取剂乙醇浓度、料液比、微波提取时间、微波功率等因素对黄酮类化合物提取的影响,利用单因素实验和正交实验确定了最佳提取条件,即刺五加皮 粉 0.2000g,粉碎度60~80 目,溶剂乙醇浓度 50%,料液比 1:60(g/mL),提取时间 2min,微波功率为280W。此时,黄酮类化合物提取含量可达 16.51mg/g,实验的标准偏差 0.23mg/g,相对标准偏差为 1.4% ,加标回收率在 97.98%~101.57%之间的平均值为 99.77%。实验结果显示,微波辅助提取总黄酮类化合物具有操作简单方便、提取快速且提取率高、无污染、节约能源、时间短、溶剂用量少等优点,可为刺五加皮的深入开发利用提供参考依据,具有一定的应用价值。关键词:微波;刺五加皮;提取;黄酮类化合物IAbstractIn this paper, the extraction of flavonoids from Acanthopanax senticosus by microwave irradiation was studied.The content of flavonoids extracted by UV-visible spectrophotometry was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, microwave extraction time and microwave power on the extraction of flavonoids were studied.
