膝关节镜的护理

【摘要】目的 探讨膝关节关节镜手术围术期的系统护理措施，提高护理质量。方法 对 2010 年 1 月—2012 年 1 月在我院接受膝关节关节镜手术的 98 例患者，围术期进行积极的、系统的护理，包括心理护理、充分的术前准备以及术后有预见性地采取及时有效的护理措施。结果 98 例膝关节关节镜手术患者经精心的系统护理，膝关节功能均得到了良好的恢复，治疗获得了满意的效果，根据膝关节 Lysholm 评分，优良率为 100%。结论 对膝关节关节镜手术患者施以围术期精心的系统护理，是手术成功，确保患者术后膝关节功能良好恢复的重要因素。【关键词】膝关节 关节镜 围术期 系统护理 功能恢复Per-operative systemic nursing care for patients treated with knee arthroscope operation Liu Huixia，Yuan Yaqin.
