1摘 要本文以永春县为研究区域，对县内的 4 家有开设少儿游泳培训的游泳场馆进行调查研究。通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等，分别了解少儿游泳培训中的少儿、家长、教练员等的相关情况，从中对永春县少儿游泳培训的现状进行归纳总结，得出如下结论：（1）永春县各游泳场馆条件设施不够完善；（2）学员培训方式不够丰富；（3）学员培训成果不够牢固；（4）水质及配套服务需进一步提高。并就永春县各游泳场馆增强培训效果提出了：（1）完善条件设施；（2）丰富培训方式；（3）按照国家标准作为培训目标；（4）改进水质增强配套服务等建议。关键词：场馆设施；培训方式；配套服务2AbstractThis paper takes YongChun county as the research area and investigates 4 swimming venues offering children's swimming training. Through the methods of literature review, interview and questionnaire survey, the relevant situations of children's swimming training including children, parents and coaches are understood respectively. The current situation of children's swimming training in YongChun county is summarized and the following conclusions are drawn :(1) the conditions and facilities of swimming venues in YongChun county are not perfect; (2) insufficient training methods for trainees; (3) students' training results are not solid enough; (4) water quality and supporting services need to be further improved.
