我国煤炭企业财务风险管理研究 摘 要 随着城市化、工业化的不断推进，我国能源需求迅速攀升，以及国际气候变化带来的压力，都使得我国煤炭企业所面临的财务风险越来越大。所以，要相对我国煤炭企业财务风险进行有效地管理，必须要对财务风险的形成原因和特征有充分的了解。本文以实际角度研究，针对我国商业银行财务风险的成因和财务风险管理中存在的问题，进行了全面的分析，根据分析结果提出对应的防范策略。关键词 煤炭企业， 财务风险， 财务风险管理Our country coal enterprise's financial risk management in the studyAbstract With urbanization, industrialization, and continuously push forward，China's energy demand has rapidly risen，and the pressure of the international climate have changed ，China's coal enterprises were facing financial risk is more and more big.
