I摘 要学困生在小学教育领域一直是一种普遍的现象,甚至初中,高中,大学等阶段,只要有教育活动,就必然有学困生。学困生问题也常年困扰着教育工作者,成为他们教育教学的重中之重。本文在前人研究的基础之上,主要运用文献法和问卷调查法对连江县教师进修学校第三附属小学学困生形成原因及学习表现进行调查分析,调查显示小学数学学困生在数学基础,学习兴趣,学习习惯,学习方法上存在问题,而教师的教学方式也存在着问题。针对其问题提出的对策有:利用多种方式培养学生的学习兴趣,教导学生要把学习困难进行正确归因,培养学生良好的数学学习习惯,改变教师的教学方式等。关键词:小学数学学困生;学习表现;转化策略AbstractPoor student in the field of elementary education has been a common phenomenon, even the junior middle school, high school, university and other stage, so long as has the education activity, is bound to have a poor student.
