摘 要中石油天然气销售抚顺分公司是在 04 年成立的,是一家大型石化综合企业。公司主要负责辽宁省石油和天然气的生产建设并协调运营管理,在我国石油和石化行业中具有较大影响力。近年来,由于天然气等清洁能源市场需求的增长,加之国家对天然气市场的开放,如今技术创新已成为企业的主要竞争力。因此,保留技术人员已成为企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。随着社会的进步,员工自身和外部环境需求都发生了新的变化,人们不再被生活基本需求束缚,而是追求实现自我价值的最大化。因此,如何解决技术人员的流失和维持技术人员队伍的稳定性已经成为人力资源管理亟待解决的主要问题。作为国有企业的中石油分公司,本文的研究对象主要针对抚顺分公司的技术性员工,探讨了当前国家提倡国有企业改革的新形势下,对技术型员工流失的现状和原因进行正面分析,找到减少员工流失的措施,并提出科学应对方法。本文以中石油抚顺公司为例,对企业技术型员工流失问题进行分析研究,采用问卷调查、原因分析等方法,结合当前社会环境,对技术人员流失产生的影响进行分析,并设计出有效的解决策略。 关键词:石油企业; 技术; 满意; 流失; 应对策略AbstractFushun Branch of PetroChina was established in 2004 and is a large petrochemical complex.
