摘 要本研究通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对运动员撑杆跳高的后六步助跑速度进行分析,研究结果显示通过 12 周,每周 2 次,每次 3 小时的训练课,运动员实验后的撑杆跳高后六步助跑速度较实验前有一定的提升,在一定范围内,撑杆磅数不变,握杆高度不变,撑杆跳后六步助跑速度加快,撑杆跳高成绩上升不明显;在一定范围内,撑杆磅数不变,握杆高度增加,撑杆跳后六步助跑速度加快撑杆跳高成绩上升明显;在一定范围内,撑杆磅数增加,握杆高度不变,撑杆跳后六步助跑速度加快,撑杆跳高成绩上升明显;在一定范围内,撑杆磅数增加,握杆高度增加,撑杆跳后六步助跑速度加快,撑杆跳高成绩上升与其它模式相比成绩上升最为明显。同一名运动员后六步助跑速度越快撑杆跳高成绩越好,培养优秀的撑杆运动员要着重加强后六步助跑速度的练习。这说明撑杆跳高运动员的后六步助跑速度对运动员的撑杆跳高成绩有明显影响。关键词:田径;撑杆跳高;后六步助跑速度;运动员;成绩AbstractThrough literature, experiment and mathematical statistics, this study analyzes the last six steps run-up techniques of pole vault.
