小学音乐教学的现状分析及发展对策-以上喀拉苏学校为例 内容摘要:小学音乐课可以激发小学生对于音乐学习的兴趣,提升小学生音乐审美感知,进而实现美育教学的目标。但是通过实践认知发现,当前小学音乐教学方法不科学、音乐教师资源短缺等导致教学效果不佳。为此,本文以上喀拉苏学校小学部为调查对象,发现小学音乐教学设施、音乐教师状况及学生状况三个层面发现其中存在的问题,最后从制定多样化教学方案、提升教师素养、以学生为需求点激发学习兴趣等视角提出相应的对策,这对改善上喀拉苏学校音乐课教学现状提供一定实践参考意义。关键词:小学;音乐教学;教师素养;多样化教学方案;兴趣Abstract:Primary school music lessons can stimulate primary school students 'interest in music learning, improve primary school students' aesthetic perception of music, and then achieve the goal of aesthetic education. However, through practical cognition, it is found that the unscientific methods of music teaching in primary schools and the shortage of music teacher resources have led to poor teaching results. To this end, the primary part of the Karasu School above is the subject of this study. It finds that there are problems in the three levels of primary music teaching facilities, the status of music teachers, and the status of students.
