我国食品召回制度的管理和完善【摘 要】近年来,我国食品安全问题日益严重, 双汇瘦肉精事件,雀巢奶粉碘超标事件等,尤其是震惊全国的三鹿奶粉事件极大地损害了消费者的身体健康安全利益,危及了企业的声誉、经济效益及我国国际竞争力。《中华人民共和国食品安全法》于 2009 年 2 月 28 日正式通过, 并自 2009 年 6 月 1日起开始施行, 其中明确提出了建立食品召回制度,但其规定和执行过程中还存在特别多的问题。因此,本文通过分析食品召回制度的重要性和我国食品召回制度的现状及问题,并在借鉴其他国家较为成功的经验的基础上, 进一步提出了完善我国食品召回制度的若干对策和建议。【关键词】食品召回制度 法律体系 企业 食品安全 消费者 China’s food recalls system management and improvement【Abstract】 In recent years, the problem of food security occurred frequently, such as shuanghui lean meat fine events, Nestle milk iodine poisoning cases and so on.,especially in Sanlu milk powder incident shocked the whole country ,which do a great harm to the security interests of the consumers, endangering the reputation of the enterprise , economic efficiency and international competitiveness of our country. “Food safety law of the People's Republic of China” February 28, 2009 formally adopted, and since June 1, 2009 will go into effect, which clearly put forward the establishment of a food recall system, but the process of implementation of its provisions and there are many problems.
