苏州店加新区仓拣货路径优化研究摘 要随着市场经济的不断发展，尤其是物流行业的发展让仓库效率成了当下关注的重点，拣货作为仓库作业中的重要一环，其作业成本在仓库作业总成本中占据很大比重。因此，对仓库的拣货路径进行优化势在必行。本文主要通过对拣货路径的优化来实现提升仓库效益的目的。首先，本文介绍了苏州店加新区仓的仓库的布局与拣货模式，分析了新区仓的拣货路径存在绕远问题。针对苏州店加新区仓拣货路径不合理问题，建立旅行商模型，借助 LINGO 软件辅助计算，从拣货路径优化的角度提高拣货效率形成拣货路径优化方案；对优化设计方案进行评价，证明其科学性，为新区仓的拣货路径优化提供宝贵建议。 【关键词】拣货路径优化；旅行商问题；LINGOResearch on Optimization of picking route in Suzhou New DistrictAbstractWith the continuous development of market economy, especially the development of the logistics industry to become the focus of attention of the current efficiency of the warehouse, picking warehouse as a key part of the operation cost occupies a large proportion in the total cost of warehouse operations.Therefore, it is imperative to optimize the picking path of the warehouse.The purpose of improving warehouse efficiency is to optimize the picking path.Firstly, this paper introduces the layout and picking mode of Suzhou store warehouse district warehouse, analyzes the existing problems of long path picking warehouse district.n order to solve the problem of warehouse picking path in Suzhou New District, a travel salesman model is established.
