I快餐行业的员工福利与幸福感的关系研究内 容 摘 要员工福利管理是薪酬管理的重要组成部分,是企业提供员工报酬的另一种方式,也是一种吸引和保留员工不错的工具。个人需求随着社会改变而改变,与单纯的高薪相比,多样的员工福利也许更能有效激励员工。以满足员工不同的需求,延长企业与员工之间的劳动关系,建立更稳定的合作关系。因此,很多企业将员工福利作为一种激励优质人才的方式手段。本文主要结合理论和实践,以快餐行业的员工为研究对象,探讨了快餐行业的员工福利与员工幸福感之间的关系及影响员工幸福感因素,发现了影响员工幸福感的因素包括福利单一、分配不公、忽视非物质福利,针对此提出建立弹性福利制度,满足员工个性化需求、让员工参与福利管理,增加公平感、重视非物质福利这三点措施。关键词:福利分配;个性化需求;非物质福利;满意度IIResearch on the Relationship between Employee Welfare and Happiness in the Fast Food IndustryAbstractEmployee welfare management is an important part of salary management.
