零售业新生代员工离职原因及对策分析内 容 摘 要在当代的职场中,新生代员工的地位逐步上升,但是他们频繁地离职,给企业带来了很多问题。适当的员工流动将为企业带来新的血液和新的理念,但是零售企业的新生代员工离职问题却日益加重,过高的离职率会扰乱企业内部的稳定性,给企业带来极大的负面影响,所以零售企业要积极采取有效方法来应对新生代员工的高离职率问题。本文将以名创优品为零售企业代表,结合文献资料检索法、实地调研法和问卷调查法,对新生代员工离职问题进行研究。根据调查得知,名创优品的门店员工整体离职率较高,离职原因主要包括了薪酬待遇不满意、工作强度过大、岗位晋升受限和不认同公司管理等七项原因。因此,本文将依据调查的原因,从企业和员工两个方面提出相对应的解决措施,帮助名创优品降低新生代员工离职率,从而使企业更好更快地发展。关键词:零售业;新生代员工;离职原因;应对策略IAnalysis on the Reasons and Countermeasures of the New Generation of Employees in Retail IndustryAbstractIn the contemporary workplace, the new generation of employees gradually occupy an important position in the workplace.
