I浅谈企业建立和完善财务预算管理问题和对策研究摘 要：财务预算管理是企业管理的重要内容，有助于企业合理规划、协调和控制预算期内的生产经营工作。预算管理在我国企业中的应用已经出现了对预算管理的认识不到位，预算目标不明确，光的预算执行、财务指标重财务指标的忽视、预算评价体系不完善等问题。因此，加强预算管理的研究，提高企业预算管理的有效性，具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对我国财务预算管理现状的分析，以丑妞化妆品企业（以下简称丑妞）为例，企业建立全面的预算管理系统和预算管理系统的标准，对企业的财务预算管理进行具体编制，并且为企业编制了科学合理的资金预算，使企业在财务预算管理上做到“十目所视，十手所指”，将企业的预算管理制度建立与完善。关键词：财务预算管理；预算管理标准；生产经营；会计核算；资金预算 On the problems and countermeasures of establishing and perfecting financial budget management in enterprises--a case study of ugly chick cosmetic enterpriseAbstract:Financial budget management is an important part of enterprise management, which helps enterprises to rationally plan, coordinate and control the production and management in the budget period.
