人工智能背景下企业招聘工作的变革内 容 摘 要近年来,随着人工智能的迅猛发展,许多行业开始采用人工智能技术进行工作,这大大提高了工作效率,并且使这些行业取得了可观的收益。人工智能所带来的效益,促使各行业的管理者思考如何改进工作与进行工作的变革。本文主要运用文献研究法、访问调查法与模拟法,首先在理论层面解析人工智能的概念及发展历史;其次分析传统招聘工作中存在的问题,重点分析筛选效率低、人岗匹配性差、软件功能落后等日益突出的问题;然后分析人工智能背景下企业招聘工作的特点,主要分析人力资源管理者向关系维护者、工具设计者和数据分析者转变的特点;最后提出人工智能背景下企业人力资源部门应对招聘工作的策略,意图为企业提供参考。关键词:人工智能;招聘;人力资源管理PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIThe Reform of Enterprise Recruitment under the Background of Artificial IntelligenceAbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, many industries have begun to use artificial intelligence technology to work, which has greatly improved work efficiency and has made these industries achieve considerable benefits.
