1摘 要本文以锦鲫为实验生物,在室内模拟条件下进行半静态染毒实验,设置三个羟基多壁碳纳米管单独暴露组( 0 、 10mg/kg 、 100mg/kg ) , 将 锦鲫暴露 7d、14d、30d 后,测定和分析锦鲫肝细胞中蛋白质、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量变化,研究了羟基多壁碳纳米管对锦鲫抗氧化防御系统的影响。 实验结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长,10mg/kg 羟基多壁碳纳米管对锦鲫肝脏系统造成了氧化应胁迫,抑制 SOD 和 CAT 酶活性,酶活性显著性降低(P<0.05);100mg/kg 羟基多壁碳纳米管对锦鲫肝脏系统先造成氧化应激,诱导了 CAT 酶活性,但随时间的延长,锦鲫肝脏系统受到了氧化损伤,酶活性显著性降低(P<0.05),肝失去调节能力,抗氧化防御系统直接受到损伤,锦鲫产生中毒反应。关键词:羟基多壁碳纳米管;锦鲫;肝细胞;抗氧化防御系统2AbstractIn this paper, Carassius auratus was used as the experimental organism to carry out the semi-static toxicity experiment under the indoor simulation conditions. Three groups (0, 10mg / kg, 100mg / kg) of hydroxyl multi wall carbon nanotubes were separately exposed, and Carassius auratus was exposed for 7, 14 and 30 days ,the content of protein, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in liver cells of Carassius auratus was measured and analyzed,we studied the effects of HYDROXYL multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the antioxidant defense system in the visceral mass of golden crucian carp. The results showed that 10mg / kg Oh mwnts caused oxidative stress to the liver system of Carassius Auratus Gibelio, inhibited the activities of SOD and CAT, and decreased the activities of SOD and CAT significantly (p < 0.05) ;100 MG / kg hydroxyl multi-walled carbon nanotubes (HMNTS) induced oxidative stress in the liver system of Carassius Auratus Gibelio, and induced the activity of CAT.
