汽车-长城C30汽车膜片弹簧离合器的设计和实现

1长城 C30 汽车膜片弹簧式离合器的设计摘要：本文主要基于长城 C30 汽车，设计了一款膜片弹簧离合器。通过查阅资料，以及老师的教导，计算出了摩擦片，压盘，从动盘，传动片，离合器盖，膜片弹簧，扭转减震器，及一些连接结构的尺寸与材料以及处理工艺。在过程中完成了摩擦片外径与许用压力的校核，其中一些连接铆钉花键的校核，相关膜片的弹性测试。关键词：C30 汽车 膜片弹簧离合器 膜片弹簧 工艺Design of diaphragm spring clutch for the Great Wall C30 automobileAbstract: This paper mainly designed a diaphragm spring clutch based on the Great Wall C30 automobile. In the process, the outer diameter and allowable pressure of the friction plate have been checked.
