I摘 要本文以企业投资风险防范与规避分析为重点进行阐述，结合企业在投资方面可能面临的风险类型，投资风险的防范与规避对策为依据。从建设与健全对应的政策制度，建设专项的市场预警体系，整合企业的投资资源，健全企业的内部控制等方面进行深入探讨，旨意为相关性研究提供一定的数据参考。我国企业投资的主要原因是国际经济贸易难以保障我国经济安全。随着我国经济实力的增强，外国企业援助的深化和科学技术的发展，企业也需要外国经济投资。我国企业具有跨国经济投资的政治、经济和技术优势，投资回报有保障。目前，我国企业的主要投资者是国有企业、企业和个人投资者。企业对企业投资战略风险的理解和控制能力有限，项目缺乏可持续性和可重复性。投资战略的缺失是造成我国企业战略风险的根本原因。我国政府应以农业对外援助为出发点，充分利用外汇储备，为企业投资提供支持和保障，帮助企业应对企业投资的所遇到的投资风险。关键词：企业投资 投资风险 风险管理 投资防范II AbstractThis paper focuses on the analysis of enterprise investment risk prevention and avoidance, and combines with the types of risks enterprises may face in investment, based on the Countermeasures of investment risk prevention and avoidance.
