本科论文摘 要现代金融市场日趋成熟,商业竞争也日趋激烈,各个企业逐渐意识到“人才”的竞争越来越重要。如何适应更新速度极快的市场环境并于激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟、带动自身持续健康的发展,是迁西县农村信用合作联社面临的一道难题,而行之有效的途径之一就是进行科学有效的员工培训,人才是一个企业生存最重要的因素,也是其发展最重要的资源。对于员工而言,经过参加科学有效的培训,可以增强其工作的积极性、能动性、开创性,提高自身的综合素质,进一步实现个人价值,与此同时,又可以增强其对企业的忠诚度;对于企业而言,通过提供给员工系统的培训,在提升员工能力、激发员工工作热情的同时能够更好的经营与管理,这也能够大大提升广大客户的满意度和企业的经济效益,开创腾飞发展的新局面。本文以迁西县农村信用合作联社为研究对象,通过发放问卷的形式对迁西县农村信用合作联社员工进行调查并阅读相关资料深入了解其目前员工培训的现状,分析存在的问题及存在问题的原因,与现实接轨,提出相对应的、科学合理的解决对策,期望本文能够为迁西县农村信用合作联社在提高员工工作效能、增强市场竞争力上提供一定的借鉴意义,进而对相干行业日后培训工作的开展提供参考。关键词:农信社; 员工培训; 问题; 对策本科论文AbstractAs the modern financial market becomes more and more mature and the commercial competition becomes more and more fierce, enterprises gradually realize that the competition for "talents" is more and more important.
