商业银行支持安徽先进制造业发展问题研究摘 要制造业是实体经济的命脉和支柱，是技术创新的主要方向。大力发展制造业是我国提升综合国力、实现制造强国战略、推动制造业转型升级与创新发展的重点领域和主要驱动力。先进制造业己成为制造业发展新的引擎，是制造业升级发展的方向。国际上第三次科技革命和产业变革对全球制造业产生深远的影响。国内先进制造业经历了漫长而曲折的过程，并逐渐发展成为制造业的支柱型产业。金融是构成现代经济体系的重要组成部分，也是优化资源配置的关键因素，商业银行在践行金融业供给侧结构性改革，提高金融服务先进制造业的能力与水平的基础上，起到举足轻重的作用。本文从商业银行服务及先进制造业的概念切入，以安徽区域经济与先进制造业领域、安徽产业集聚特点归纳总结出安徽省制造业发展现状，结合商业银行支持安徽先进制造业分析，通过各大商业银行支持安徽先进制造业的历史数据分析和对外省商业银行支持先进先进制造业以及和其他行业商业银行支持占比分析其存在的问题，深入分析存在问题的原因。并围绕开发区、产业集群、产业链三大板块，从体制架构、到营销机制，从内部创新到外部联动等提出对策和建议，希望商业银行支持安徽先进制造业发展、优化信贷结构、实现经营转型提供实践指导意义。关键词：先进制造业；商业银行；经济转型。I The Operating Theory of Essential Truth in Journalism AbstractManufacturing industry is the backbone and support of the real economy and the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation.
