1青少年短跑运动员下肢专项力量训练研究——以荆州市石首一中短跑集训队为例摘 要:短跑不仅能够实现速度力量的提升而且是具有往复周期性的体育项目,在完成其专项往复训练的过程中,需要尽可能的将力量与技术相互融合,只有这样才能够将短跑后的效果发挥到淋漓尽致,从而使短跑成绩大幅提升,与此同时还能在某种程度上进行专项技术的相关完善。要想达到以上提及到的效果,就必须依据相关的技术特性进行专门有效的强化力量训练。本文主要针对于短跑运动员进行基于下肢专项力量训练的相关视角展开研究的,进行下肢专项力量实效性的相关研究,最终选择出相对适合短跑训练的方式方法。力求为其专项力量训练提供科学有效的理论参考,从而设计出满足训练要求的且对短跑运动员提升最大的训练方式。在研究起步阶段本文主要依靠实验的形式以及观察法、文献资料法、数理统计等方法收集下肢专项力量训练手段,对荆州市石首一中短跑集训队的训练进行实验训练,结果显示,采用的专项力量训练能够妥善有效保证实验组内的相关运动员专项力量进行最大限度的转化,经过分析对比实验组内部的大部分运动员的下肢专项力量具有不同程度上的稳健提高,可以证明该训练方式能够发挥出较为高的实效性。关键词:短跑运动员;专项力量;训练Research on Special strength training of Lower limbs of Adolescent sprinter——take the training team of Shishou No. 1 Middle School sprint in Jingzhou City as an example2Abstract : Dash can not only improve the speed and speed, but also have reciprocating periodic sports.
