浅谈电子商务企业的内部审计——以京东集团为例【摘要】电子商务企业，尤其是综合网上购物商城，业务多样，产品繁多，分工精细，事业部众多，管理比较复杂，这对公司内部的管理控制提出了很高的要求。其中，内部审计对公司的繁荣起着关键作用。本文从电子商务企业的特点入手，结合京东集团的具体案例，试图说明电子商务企业内部审计的特点和现状，同时就目前存在的问题给出建议，为其他企业提供一定的参考。【关键词】内部审计；电子商务企业；京东集团The Internal Audit of E-commerce Enterprises——Taking JD.com as an ExampleAbstract: E-commerce companies, especially integrated online shopping malls, have diverse businesses, numerous products, fine division of labor, numerous business divisions, and complex management. Therefore, the internal management control of the enterprise is particularly important for the prosperity and development of the enterprise, in which, internal audit plays a key role.This paper starts with the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises, combined with the specific case of JD.com, trying to analyze the characteristics and current situation of e-commerce internal audit, and give suggestions on the existing problems, providing some reference for other enterprises.Keyword: [internal audit] [e-commerce companies] [JD.com]安然事件发生后，美国颁布了“萨班斯法案”。从此，上市公司高管在关注公司的盈利水平和经营业绩的同时，愈发注重内部控制和风险管理。内部审计，也成为业界的热点议题。随着改革开放的不断深入，中国学习并借鉴了国际内部审计标准，使内部审计更加接近世界先进水平，各行各业和企业也制定了各具特色的内部审计方法。在电子商务行业，公司面临来自新经济的更大运营风险，因此比传统公司更加迫切需要进行健全的内部审计。本文着眼于电子商务产业，努力探索特定行业内部审计的特点和现状，追踪电子商务企业内部审计的发展。在撰写过程中，笔者借鉴专家学者的研究成果，参考了大量的相关信息，分析了京东集团的具体案例，以图为今后的研究和实践提供参考。一、 内部审计理论概述(一)内部审计的概念国际内部审计师协会...
