浅析《韩非子》中的吏治思想

摘 要《韩非子》中的吏治思想是韩非政治思想的重要组成部分，文章略具三个层次：首先，从旨在治民、服务中主、操控臣属这三个方面揭示韩非“吏治”的内涵。其次，探究《韩非子》吏治思想以“法”治吏和以“术”治吏的效用，认为其吏治思想有助于君主高效治吏，并强化君主在君臣关系中的主导地位。再次，文章认为，《韩非子》的吏治思想是由韩非所处的社会背景、个人经历与理论基础共同作用的结果，它不但推动了秦国一统天下的进程，而且能够促进现代官僚制度建设，影响较为深远。关键词：《韩非子》；吏治思想；影响AbstractThe thought of official administration in Han Feizi is an important part of Han F-ei's political thought. The article has three levels: First of all, this paper reveals the co-nnotation of Han Fei's "administration of officials" from three aspects: The purpose of governing the people, serving the Lord, and manipulating his subjects.Secondly, the a-uthor explores the effect of Han Feizi's thought of administrating officials by "law" a-nd "skill" , and thinks that his thought of administrating officials is helpful for the mo-narch to administrate officials efficiently, and strengthens the dominant position of th-e monarch in the relationship between the monarch and his officials .Thirdly, the artic-le holds that the thought of Han Feizi was the result of Han Fei's social background, personal experience and theoretical foundation, which not only promoted the process of Qin's unification, and can promote the modern bureaucratic system construction, th-e influence is more far-reaching.
