摘 要本文对酒店激励机制以及人力资源管理进行了研究,结合国内外学者对激励机制的理论整理和对酒店人力资源管理的论点进行深入的剖析,并解释不同的激励方法所适用的范围来对酒店各部门人才的留用起积极性作用,从而降低酒店的员工流失率。论文提出人力资源管理,一方面要从激励机制出发研究人力资源所需要的因素,另一方面从人力资源管理出发探讨不同的管理需要的具体激励进行人性化的改动以及优化措施,实现“以人为本”的人才管理理念。希望本文对实例的应用研究可以在完善激励机制以及人力资源管理中提供一定的意见和建议。关键词:酒店;激励机制;人力资源管理AbstractThis essay propose the human resource management detailed, and lets a thorough analysis of hotel human resource management in combination with the At home and abroad scholars' theoretical arrangement of the Incentives.
