摘 要对咸阳师范学院公共事业管理专业毕业生满意度现状的调查与统计分析结果显示,学生普遍对专业课程设置情况较为满意,对教师授课方式以及内容满意度尚可,但专业自身满意度以及学生毕业后就业的相关问题满意度等却普遍偏低。而导致学生不满意的原因如要有以下几点:专业定位尚欠清晰、课程设置不够科学与合理、底子薄弱、师资弱化以及投入不足等。因此,对专业的准确定位 、 构建科学与合理的专业课程体系、加大专业投入、强化师资队伍建设、培养学生专业兴趣与提升学生学习能力等,无疑成为公共事业管理专业学生学习满意度提升的有效方法。关键词:公共事业管理;毕业生;满意度;对策Abstract According to the satisfaction research and statistic analysis toward graduates majoring in management of public services at Xianyang Normal College, the graduates are generally satisfied with the curriculum provision and teachers' teaching. However, they are not that satisfied with this major, practical courses, college's investment in this major and issues related to employment. Obscure positioning, unscientific curriculum provision, weak basis, lacking teaching resource and insufficient investment are all the reasons resulting in the dissatisfaction.
