交通拥堵随机性影响下连通度指标设计 摘要用户出行总是选择最短路径行驶,然而当交通堵塞问题出现时,最短路径就很可能失去其最优性,间接地说明了道路之间的连通性失去了原先的衡量标准。用户都希望道路之间的连通性相对较好来保证自己的出行效率。因此,对连通度模型进行研究具有重要意义。在已有的连通度指标中,都是依据城市网络图的点边关系确定静态连通度,评价指标中缺少在道路实况信息变动下建立的动态指标,难以适用运输路网下经常发生拥堵的不确定情形。因此,从造成拥堵的两个角度,即车流实际需求大于供给能力造成的阻塞和交通事故造成的堵塞进行补充和分析。论文的主要工作和创新性成果如下:1.连通度指标缺少在车流需求造成阻塞影响下的分析,提出度量车流需求大小的车流密度,用以衡量在实际车流需求影响下的连通度指标的变化,建立关于车流密度影响下的连通度模型及算法。结合苏州和盐城两个城市进行实例分析分析局部运输路网内最短路径的连通度指标。 2.分析交通事故的发生所引起连通度指标的动态变化,给出了基于交通事故随机性影响下连通度指标的定义,提出以交通事故发生概率作为其影响因素的连通度模型,并设计了其相关算法。分析并计算在最短路经上发生交通事故时的连通度并结合苏州和盐城来进行实例分析。【关键词】连通度;堵塞;车流密度;交通事故 A Design of the index of connectivity under the random Influence of traffic congestion Abstract Users always choose the shortest path , but when traffic jam problems occurs, the original decision of the shortest path is likely to lose its optimality.
