摘 要教师对工作的满意度高低对教学效果有着巨大影响。大量相关文献资料表明农村小学教师的工作满意度偏低,在劳动报酬、晋升空间、发展前途、工作环境等方面最不满意。在工作类型、同事关系等方面较为满意;男教师在工作满意度方面相比女教师较低。工作年限和工作满意度成“U”形关系。因此保证农村教师薪资待遇的稳定增长就显得尤为重要。通过完善农村学校的办学条件和生活条件,完善教师晋升、发展、进修培训体系,提高农村教师工作满意度,促进农村教育质量的提高。关键词:农村小学 ;教师;工作满意度;农村小学教师AbstractTeachers’ satisfaction with the work has a great impact on the teaching effect.
