北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计禅城---南海二日游项目 管理分析与方案设计禅城---南海二日游项目管理分析与方案设计摘 要本设计查阅大量旅游文献、算法文献与旅游景点的数据，从项目管理出发，研究如何充分利用现代项目管理理论的知识，以“禅城---南海二日游”为对象，得出一套合适的旅游方案。主要内容为：在众多景点中，选出 27 个备选景点，再根据层次分析法，对比得出 6-7 个二日游旅游景点；其次，结合项目管理的特性，判断该研究的可行性；并根据自助游的特点，进行项目分工和组织架构的分析；后期通过进度管理进行进一步说明；加以 SWOT 分析，不仅是对于该二日游项目，同时是对现阶段佛山旅游的分析；下一步，对二日游的直接成本进行预测，最后由遗传算法得出最短路径。本设计可应用于实际自助游的领域中，为其他自助游的游客提供一些新的思路。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计关键词：层次分析法；遗传算法；项目管理；方案设计Chancheng district---Nanhai district, 2-day tour project management analysis and program designAbstractBy consulting a large number of tourism literature, algorithm literature and data 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计of tourist attractions, this design studies how to make full use of the knowledge of modern project management theory from the perspective of project management, and takes "zen city -- 2-day tour of south China sea" as the object, and obtains a set of appropriate tourism scheme.
