摘 要女性在当今社会起着越来越重要的作用,女性人力资源开发也成为当今一个热门议题。但受各种因素的影响,我国女性在就业和自身人力资源开发方面存在着在就业中处于弱势地位、人力资本存量低于男性、技术水平较低、就业机会不平等等问题。本文分析了女性人力资源优势、开发女性人力资源的必要性、女性人力资源开发的制约因素。并从完善国家法律、法规,大力发展教育,提高女性自身的自信意识等方面提出解决我国女性人力资源开发不足问题的对策。关键词 女性人力资源;人力资源开发;人力资本存量AbstractThe female play a more and more important role in today’s society, feminine human resource development also become a popular topic. However, Chinese women face the following difficulties in the aspect of employment and self-development of human resource, in the disadvantaged position of employment, lower human capital storage quantity, lower level of skills, unfair employment opportunities and so on. This thesis makes the analysis of the advantages of feminine human resource, the necessity and the constraints of developing feminine human resource.
