南通港物流服务供应链绩效评价研究摘 要在信息化的时代背景下，原本独立的港口、船公司、货主等节点企业转型成为一条联系密切的以港口为核心的物流服务供应链。港口之间的竞争也转变为港口物流服务供应链的竞争。本文将与物流服务供应链相关的中外文献作为理论研究基础，在给出港口物流服务供应链的概念后，首先对南通港的物流服务供应链上各个节点进行现状分析。紧接着，构建一套指标评价体系，并把层次分析和熵权法结合使用，计算出具体权重。最后，根据权重指标的大小和现状分析的结果，提出具有针对性的措施，改善南通港的物流服务供应链绩效评价结果。【关键词】南通港；物流服务供应链；熵权法；层次分析法Research on Nantong Port Logistics Service Supply Chain Performance Evaluation AbstractUnder the background of information age, the original independent ports, shipping company, the owner and other node enterprises transformed into a close-connection logistics service supply chain which centers on port .Competition between ports has also turned into competition in the port logistics service supply chain.This paper will be based on the literature of Chinese and foreign literature related to logistics service supply chain. After giving the concept of the port logistics service supply chain ，First, make the status analysis of each node in the logistics service supply chain in Nantong port .Then，build an index evaluation system and calculate the specific weights in the way of combining the AHP and entropy weight method. Finally ， put forward the targeted measures which based on the magnitude of the weighted index and the results of the current analysis and improve the performance evaluation of logistics service supply chain in Nantong port.
