北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文企业文化、领导风格与员工忠诚度关系研究—以 A 企业员工为例摘 要在现在这个快速发展的互联网时代,能够留住人才的企业才能持续稳定发展,但是近年来,员工离职率和跳槽率越来越高,特别在互联网企业这种现象更加普遍。因此,员工忠诚度是一个企业发展的关键,本文通过互联网企业一个小小的缩影——以 A 企业为例,研究企业文化、领导风格两个方面的因素对员工的忠实程度展开测试,除此之外,也从企业文化对员工忠诚度的影响及领导风格对员工忠诚度的影响这两方面展开分析。通过调查问卷的方式对 A 企业员工展开调查,通过运用 SPSS19.0 对数据展开分析,进而结合信度分析以及回归分析等方法展开探究,并总结如下:积极的文化能够加强员工的忠诚度;领导风格中的变革型领导风格也能够进一步加强员工的忠诚度。关键词:企业文化;领导风格;员工忠诚度I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn this fast-developing Internet era, companies that can retain talents can continue to develop steadily. However, in recent years, employee turnover and the turnover rate is getting higher and higher, especially in Internet companies. Therefore, employee loyalty is the key to the development of a company. This article uses a small epitome of Internet companies—taking Company A as an example, to study the two aspects of corporate ure and leadership style to measure employee loyalty, and to study the relationship between corporate ure and employee loyalty as well as the relationship between leadership style and employee loyalty.
