本科论文摘 要目前,国际学术界关于企业文化比较显著的研究成果主要集中在理论研究领域,而仍处于定性研究初级阶段的企业文化评估的研究成果则相对较少。本文通过对企业文化的层次、企业文化评估体系的类型及构建原则、企业文化评估指标体系的设计和评估模型的构建、企业文化优劣的判断标准、企业文化评估工具以及企业文化的评估原则等六个方面来对企业文化评估进行探讨。在讨论这些问题时,以通过企业文化评估来促进企业的良性发展为核心思想,建立的企业文化评估模型主要涵盖企业成员对企业文化的“理想状态”和“现实情况”两个方面。希望企业文化评估能够引起国内企业的重视,加强在企业文化构建和实施过程中的评估活动,进而准确把握企业文化中存在的问题。关键词:企业文化,企业文化评估,评估模型,评估指标体系本科论文AbstractAt present, the more prominent research results on corporate culture in the international academic community are mainly concentrated in theoretical research fields, while the research results on corporate culture evaluation, which is still in the primary stage of qualitative research, are relatively few.
