年产 10 万吨双酚 A 生产工艺的设计摘 要我国是双酚 A 主要的消费大国之一。近年来,虽然我国双酚 A 呈现发展状态,但是我国双酚 A 市场的供需缺口依旧存在。为了满足双酚 A 的市场需求,我们需要不断研究开发双酚 A 新型催化剂和新的工艺技术。本设计通过分析不同的工艺路线,最终采用以苯酚和丙酮为原料缩合制得双酚A。工艺路线主要分为为 4 个工段:反应工段、精馏工段、结晶分离工段、闪蒸工段。这项工艺最为广泛合理,成为主要的生产工艺。对选择好的生产工艺绘制流程方框图,进行物料衡算,通过表格形式汇总不同工段的物料衡算。再进行能量衡算,进行设备选型和计算,再分析公用工程等合理性。最后绘制 PID、PDF、设备图和车间、厂间布置图。关键词:双酚 A;苯酚;精馏;物料衡算北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of production process for 100,000 tons of Bisphenol a perAbstractChina is one of the major consuming countries of BISPHENOL A.
