摘 要企业的综合实力是多个要素构成的，企业文化就是其中之一，而企业文化载体的作用机制作为企业文化的重要环节，企业对它的研究却往往被忽视。对企业文化载体的作用机制的系统分析，有利于推动企业文化落地和识别企业文化的实质。以此为目的，本文的研究方向聚焦于企业文化载体的作用机制，主要解释了企业文化载体的作用机制的五种类型，还从企业成员的角度分别探讨了五种作用机制所发挥的作用，由此，以德胜洋楼为例，引出了企业文化载体的作用机制与企业文化落地之间的关联。本文对企业文化落地存在一定的指导和借鉴意义，呼吁企业应该看到企业文化载体的作用机制的重要性，让企业文化顺利落地，促进企业发展。关键词:企业文化，企业文化落地，企业文化载体，作用机制AbstractThe comprehensive strength of an enterprise is composed of multiple factors, corporate culture is one of them, and the functioning mechanism of the corporate culture carrier is an important link of corporate culture, but the research of it by enterprises is often overlooked.
