北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 1000 吨聚酰亚胺薄膜的生产工艺设计绝缘性,在微电子、液晶、航空航天方面均有广泛的利用价值。而 PI 薄膜除了有以上的价值外,还能拥有高韧性、无毒性、一定的透明性,现在也被尝试性地应用于医疗制品方面。由于 PI 薄膜具有良好的市场空间与应用价值,本次设计就对 PI 薄膜进行生产设计,设计的预期目标为每年产出量 1000 吨。针对本次设计,通过查阅资料、阅读书籍以及文献来确定基础物料、溶剂和保护气体,决定使用对苯二胺和联苯四甲酸酐为基础物料来生产 PI 薄膜。接着通过物料、热量、设备、成本等方面进行统一核算,然后画出整个工艺流程图、主体设备图和车间布置图,完成本次年产 1000 吨聚酰亚胺薄膜的生产工艺设计。关键词:聚酰亚胺,聚酰亚胺薄膜,生产工艺设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Production process design of polyimide film with annual output of 1000 tonsAbstractPolyimide (PI) films have good physical properties, wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation, which are widely used in microelectronics, liquid crystal, aerospace.
