摘 要酒店大多数员工是在一线的工作岗位,甚至可以说酒店的大多数员工都是基层员工,因此是酒店的门面,酒店形象构成的重要因素。本文在分析酒店激励机制对基层员工工作满意度影响因素的基础上,通过问卷调查分析的研究方法,对酒店基层员工工作满意度的调查,深入分析酒店激励机制的各种因素。根据激励机制的内容——精神激励、薪酬激励、荣誉激励、工作激励,细化出如领导的态度、同事相处、竞争压力、工作氛围、顾客态度、工作时间的安排、薪资待遇、奖惩制度等一系列激励机制因素。根据分析结果及文献的参考提出一系列提高酒店基层员工工作满意度的对策及建议,比如合理安排酒店资源,注重酒店环境、领导者积极与下属互动、为其营造良好的工作氛围、提高其心理素质,合理安排工作时间等建议。关 键 词 :酒店业;激励机制;基层员工;满意度AbstractMost of the employees in the hotel are in the front-line jobs, even can be said that most of the employees in the hotel are grass-roots employees, so it is the facade of the hotel, an important factor in the formation of the hotel image.
