年产十万吨氯甲烷生产工艺的设计 年产 10 万吨氯甲烷生产工艺的设计 摘 要 氯甲烷 (CH3Cl),还有个名字叫甲基氯,氯甲烷是一种无色的很容易被液化的气体,如果想储存需要加压后储存在钢瓶里面。因为中国的经济在高速发展,有机硅在中国的需求也得到了提升,所以我们需要生产更多的氯甲烷。国内主要生产氯甲烷的方法有 2 种,液相催化法和气固相氢氯化法。本次设计采用甲醇氢氯化催化气固相法(气相法)来制取氯甲烷。甲醇被泵送到甲醇汽化器被汽化,汽化器的液面能够通过调节液相甲醇进料量来控制。在列管式固定床反应器中得到反应后,通过水洗塔,碱洗塔,硫酸塔过滤后得到一氯甲烷。关键词:一氯甲烷;列管式固定床反应器;工艺设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of the production process of 100 thousand tons of chloromethane per yearAbstractMethyl chloride (CH3Cl), a colorless and liquefiable gas, is usually stored in steel cylinders under pressure. Because China's economy is developing at a high speed and the demand for organosilicon in China is also increasing, we want to manufacture chloromethane. At present, there are two main production methods of chloromethane in China, liquid-phase catalytic method and gas-solid phase hydrochlorination method. In this design, methanol hydrochlorination catalytic gas-solid method (gas-phase method) is used to produce chloromethane. Methanol is pumped to the methanol vaporizer for vaporization, and the liquid level of the vaporizer is controlled by adjusting the methanol feed quantity of the liquid phase.
