北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计绝缘子检验设备布置及制造和安装绝缘子检验设备布置及制造和安装摘 要绝缘子作为电气设备不可或缺的绝缘元件，被广泛应用于变电站、电力线路和电器上。盘形悬式瓷绝缘子是我国国内应用最早最广泛的绝缘子，具有良好的机电性能、绝缘性能以及耐腐蚀的优点。本课题是围绕耐压为 10KV 的型号为 XMP1-70 耐污悬式瓷绝缘子的出厂前检验设备，用人因学中的人体测量学使设备的布置及尺寸合理。再完成检验设备的安装施工工艺，以及主要零部件的制造工艺。关键词：悬式瓷绝缘子；人因工程；机械制造；设备布置；北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Layout, manufacture and installation of insulator inspection equipmentAbstractInsulators, as indispensable insulating elements for electrical equipment, are widely used in substations, power lines and electrical appliances.
