The expansion of the hotel scale and the complexity of its functions cause great energy consumption， which not only brings great pressure on energy ， but also reduces the profitability of the hotel operators. This paper designs the 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计exhaust heat recovery system for hotel buildings. It uses software T16 to simulate the heat recovery of a certain floor of the hotel ， including sensible heat recovery ， total heat recovery and heat pump recovery. Through the control of all aspects of the exhaust heat recovery system and the output and input ， it can simulate three exhaust heat recovery modes to compare the load and energy consumption of the original air conditioning.
