摘 要随 着 人 们 生 活 水 平 的 日 益 提 高 ， 越 来 越 多 人 选 择 外 出 旅 游 ，高 星 级 酒 店 是 高 收 入 和 高 消 费 群 体 选 择 的 主 要 消 费 场 所 之 一 ， 客房 服 务 是 酒 店 服 务 的 一 个 重 要 组 成 部 分 ， 高 质 量 的 客 房 服 务 通 常可 以 使 客 人 获 得 满 意 的 感 受 。 通 过 对 厦 门 佰 翔 五 通 酒 店 的 调 查 研究 ， 梳 理 导 致 客 房 服 务 质 量 差 的 原 因 ， 分 析 影 响 客 房 服 务 质 量 差的 因 素 ， 并 针 对 不 同 的 影 响 因 素 提 出 若 干 条 有 针 对 性 的 提 升 高 星级 酒 店 客 房 服 务 质 量 的 具 体 解 决 对 策 ， 确 保 高 星 级 酒 店 客 房 部 的服 务 效 率 、 服 务 能 力 和 水 平 ， 以 实 现 高 星 级 酒 店 经 济 的 可 持 续 发展 。关键词： 客 房 服 务 质 量 ； 影 响 因 素 ； 提 升 对 策Abstract With the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people choose to travel. As one of the main consumption places of high-income and high consumption groups, the high-star hotel room service is an important part of the hotel service, and the high-quality room service can usually make the guests feel satisfied. Through the investigation and research of Xiamen Wutong Fliport Hotel in Fujian Province, this paper combs the causes of the poor room service quality, analyzes the influencing factors of the poor room service quality, and puts forward some specific solutions to improve the high star hotel room service quality in order to ensure the high star hotel room service efficiency and service.
