本科论文摘 要随着中国经济的高速发展，中国零售业展现出了前所未有的复杂和多变。互联网的发展，让线上零售企业数量不断增长，重塑了中国的零售业格局。随后，线上零售企业又逐渐从线上发展到线下，创新了新零售模式。本文以欧亚集团为研究对象，基于财务报告研究欧亚集团投融资问题并给出针对性的对策。欧亚集团是国内大型零售企业，从 1984 年发展至今，如今稳居中国零售企业第一方阵。自互联网发展以来，新零售业不断冲击传统零售业，传统企业纷纷寻求转型升级，欧亚集团也正处于这个阶段。为了适应零售业发展变革的趋势，欧亚集团必须规划出适应自身的投融资策略进行转型升级。本文采用案例分析法、文献研究分析法，将理论知识与欧亚集团的实际情况相结合。通过对欧亚集团的财务状况、投融资结构及策略进行分析，找出企业投融资所存在的问题，例如融资渠道单一，融资结构不合理，过于依赖债务融资等问题。最后，找出问题产生的原因，再根据综合分析给出解决问题的对策，包括增加融资渠道、提高内源融资来源、优化投资策略等对策，使企业降低资金成本、防范经营风险，提高企业的盈利能力和资金管理能力。关键词：投融资，投融资规划，零售业本科论文ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of China's economy, China's retail industry shows unprecedented complexity and variability.
