东海县世林食品有限公司成本控制研究 摘 要随着人们生活质量的提升，对于食品追求也趋向多元化、个性化，推动了食品行业的迅猛发展。尤其是中小食品企业如雨后春笋般纷纷成立，不仅加剧了市场的竞争，同时也给企业的经营效益提升带来挑战。因此如何控制成本、开源节流，成为摆在企业面前的一道新课题。不少企业纷纷采取了控制手段，但收效甚微，有必要对食品企业成本控制情况展开系统、全面的分析，以期能够促进企业控管理好成本，增加利润和收入。基于上述背景，本文运用文献研究法、归纳总结法、数据分析法对东海县世林食品有限公司的成本控制现状进行研究。同时分析了成本控制各个环节存在的不足之处，从库存成本、销售成本、采购成本、物流成本四个角度分析。根据问题提出了相应的解决对策，只有强化成本控制意识，督促员工主动降低成本，才能从根本上间接增加企业效益。关键词：食品企业；成本控制；精益管理AbstractWith the improvement of people's life quality, the pursuit of food also tends to be diversified and personalized, promoting the rapid development of the food industry.
