基于新零售背景下宽广超市供应链管理现状分析及对策摘 要供应链管理水平的高低直接影响销售企业的市场竞争力，特别是新零售背景下的各类超市，其供应链管理水平的高低更是影响其企业竞争力。本研究河北省宽广超市为例，首先阐述了宽广超市及其供应链管理现状，对比了宽广超市与津工超市财务数据，然后总结了宽广超市供应链管理存在的问题，并分析了归因。最后提出树立宽广超市的供应链管理理念加强应用；树立宽广超市的供应链管理理念加强应用；与供应链上各企业建立战略合作伙伴；提高信息技术在宽广超市供应链管理中的应用；结合实际完善员工激励机制等几点对策建议，希望本土超市企业能更好更快发展。 关键词：新零售 宽广超市 供应链管理ABSTRACTThe level of supply chain management has a direct impact on the market competitiveness of sales enterprises, especially in all kinds of supermarkets under the background of new retail, the level of supply chain management also affects the competitiveness of enterprises. In this study, Guangchang supermarket in Hebei Province is taken as an example,First of all, this paper expounds the current situation of Guangyuan supermarket and its supply chain management, compares the financial data of Guangyuan supermarket and Jingong supermarket, then summarizes the problems existing in the supply chain management of Guangyuan supermarket, and analyzes the attribution.
