PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于需求导向的珠海市住房保障研究 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文摘 要居住权是每个人民与生俱来的权利，缺乏基本的住所，人们将无法安居乐业，踏实为社会做贡献。本文立足于珠海市现有的住房保障体系，首先进行国内外相关住房保障情况的介绍，其次对基本概念进行叙述，最后通过对本市的具体分析，从政府与居民需求两个角度叙述，得出研究结论，构建珠海市的住房保障体系，该体系主要从（1）完善珠海市住房保障深度与广度的建设;（2）巩固优化当前珠海住房保障制度这两方面进行分析研究。本文旨在对优化珠海住房保障系统作贡献，让有需要人群尽量得到保障。关键词：需求 住房保障 珠海市 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractPeople are born with the right of habitation. If they are lack of habitations, neither can they live and work in peace and contentment, nor can they make contributions to the society. The article is based on the housing guarantee system of Zhuhai city nowadays. First of all, the situations of the housing security of both China and other foreign countries will be introduced. Secondly, several concepts about the housing guarantee system will be presented. Lastly, when the specific analysis is being done, there will be several conclusions presented by two aspects including the government and the demands of citizens. Last of all, there is going to build the housing guarantee system of Zhuhai city from the two following aspects. Firstly, to keep the housing guarantee system perfect and expand the scales and depths. Secondly, to strengthen the system at present. The article aims to make contributions to the housing guarantee system of Zhuhai and keep people who need help being protected.
