公司责任之我见摘 要真正现代意义上的公司在我国存在的时间并不长，然而伴随着我国经济体制改革的深化与经济的腾飞，我国市场经济不可或缺的重要组成部分就是公司。公司不仅具有经济属性，还具有社会属性。公司为我国经济的快速发展做出了很大的贡献，但是在现实生活中，不可否认的是，公司的快速发展对社会也造成了一些不利的影响。从这个意义上说，公司的社会责任是涉及国计民生的重要论题。我国《公司法》及其他相关法律对公司社会责任进行了相关规定，但是这些规定并不够全面，存在着一定的缺陷。这是基于这些理论与实践中存在的问题，本文通过对这些问题的探讨与分析，结合我国国情，论述公司的社会责任，针对存在的问题提出相应的建议，希望能够推动公司社会责任理论不断完善与发展。[关键词] 社会责任 法制化 缺陷 完善 I' on Corporate ResponsibilityAbstractThe company in the real modern sense has not existed in our country for a long time, however, with the deepening of our economic system reform and the economic take-off, the indispensable part of our market economy is the company.
