本科论文摘 要近年来,贵阳会展业蓬勃发展,会展业对贵阳经济发展的贡献越来越明显,也是贵阳经济结构中不可或缺的一环,但是现在贵阳会展业的发展也遇到了瓶颈,会展人才问题日益凸显,与会展业的发展不相协调。本文希望通过实证调查研究,了解贵阳会展业发展状况,找出会展人才供求矛盾问题所在,对问题进行详细剖析,并从不同的角度提出相关建议。首先,本文从会展人才的供给方学校和会展教育培训机构等进行调查分析,以及从会展人才需求方会展企业、展览馆和教育机构出发,了解会展人才的需求状况,通过对会展人才的供求双方的调查,分析存在的问题,并提供相应的解决措施。其次,本文指出会展人才匹配问题涉及的主体主要有学校、培训机构、企业、政府、行业协会、展览馆等机构。对于贵阳会展人才供求问题,根据不同的主体的性质和作用,将他们进行分类,并对他们参与会展人才供求匹配过程中应遵循的原则进行分析。最后,本文通过会展人才供求匹配过程中存在的问题,分别对教育机构、会展用人单位和政府提出相关建议,为贵阳会展人才问题的解决提供新思路。关键字:贵阳,人才培养,会展人才,供求匹配,供求矛盾本科论文AbstractIn recent years, Guiyang convention and exhibition industry has been developing vigorously, and its contribution to the economic development of Guiyang has become more and more obvious, and it is also an indispensable part of the economic structure of Guiyang.
